Thank you! I used a filter from photoshop. You can find it from filter-> blur-> lens blur and there put the radius to zero and play around with the noise settings. (I use CS5 idk if other photoshops have the same feature v o v)

AHHhhgh!! please do, if you feel like it! ; v ; fanart is the best thing everr!

Well the thing is, that I’m actually making this in to a comic booklet, to sell it in various events, if it’s ever going to be ready. So it’s in Finnish for now, but I might make english version too?? I’m not sure.

Anonymous asked: I'm sure you've been asked this a million times but I can't find you answering it anywhere: what drawing program do you use? The colouring in your pictures always look so smooth and soft, I absolutely love it!

I usually jump between Photoshop CS5 and SAI (mostly using photoshop tho, sai is nice for sketching stuff). I also downloaded FireAlpaca recently and it seems good too!

wateryy said: omg just what is it with the finnish & dogs specifically sparkle dogs. its amazing. also these are really cute.

AHAHHg I don’t know?? dog RPGs are pretty popular here so i guess that’s one reason.

I drew dogs for like… until i was 16 or something. BUT I SWEAR I NEVER HAD SPARKLEDOG CHARACTERS. my dogs were the coolest…… not.

tinyantennas said: Both the still and the gif are really neat! and does this test animation mean you might actually try animating the story you mentioned in an earlier post?

maann i really don’t know.. that story would need some you know.. real animation, not just moving shit around. But i kind of have next year open for anything, so maybe i will take it as one project?? or i might do another stop motion movie! im better with puppets and cameras than flash…

and thanks!! v 3 v

bondiferous asked: Im not certain if this has been asked before but...What is the program that you prefer to use when drawing Cyclome and your 'pencil' like works? Also...I find your style to be appealing, especially when it comes to portraying difference in characters. I notice that some of your art shows off the many 'strokes' you place but they serve a purpose in your art. Would you say instead of drawing long strokes or lines you draw shorter more frequent ones? Thank you for posting your works!

i use only SAI when drawing cyclome aand here you can see the pen settings if you want. I have some that kind of brushes in photoshop too, but i don’t like them as much as in SAI.

uuufhfgf thank you! and yes! it’s actually really hard for me to even try to do long strikes, my hands are really shaky all the time so;;

aghht asked: If you don't mind me asking, what do you use to make your digital drawings? It's just that i've been trying out different programs again and i usually use a lot of different ones anyway? so i am just curious about what other people use and your art seems very interesting and utilitarian that way! It's so nice to look at it ;w; I guess I am justs sort of trying to find a sort of a software peace in me somehow, by asking other people what they do =w=

Mostly photoshop! and SAI.. but i rarely use SAI only (i use it pretty much only for these brushes), if i use it, i usually continue in photoshop to colour or edit the drawing.
